This is an unofficial fan-made reference for the business-simulation game Big Ambitions. It exists because version 1.0 shipped on 28 August 2026 and changed several systems — lending, taxes, the district count — while most existing guides were last updated months or years earlier.
Who writes this
I’m Jim Liu. I build and maintain a small portfolio of independent game reference sites, each focused on a single title. My working rule across all of them is the same one this site is built on: a blank marked TBA is more useful than a plausible-looking number I cannot source. I would rather a reader leave and check in-game than leave and act on something I invented.

A screenshot with visible UI, or a repeatable procedure.

May support a description. Never overrides an official source.
Three states, never blurred
The patch notes for 1.0 name some systems as changed, mention others only in passing, and stay silent on the rest. Those are three different things, so the site shows them as three different things:
- Officially changed
- The patch notes name this system as altered.
- New content added
- Things were added. The notes say nothing about whether existing entries moved, so neither do we.
- No evidence found
- The notes never mention it. That is not the same as confirming it was left alone.
Why so much of the site says TBA
Because the developer published which systems changed without publishing the new values. There is no interest rate, no tax percentage, no Hamptons house price we can stand behind yet. Each TBA cell names the condition that will fill it — usually an in-game survey or a follow-up announcement — and we date the cell when it fills.
