Privacy Policy

Big Ambitions Wiki is an unofficial fan-made reference site. It has no accounts, no logins, no shopping cart and no newsletter. The short version: we do not ask you for anything, and we do not store anything that identifies you.

What we do not collect

• No account registration, so no name, email or password
• No payment details — nothing is sold here
• No newsletter or mailing list
• No comments or user-submitted content
• No advertising cookies at the time of writing

What is measured

Two privacy-oriented analytics tools run on this site so we can tell whether pages are useful:

Plausible Analytics, self-hosted on our own server. It is cookieless, does not use persistent identifiers, and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate page views, referrer and approximate country.

Google Analytics 4. This is a Google product and does set cookies. It records aggregate usage — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and which device type they use. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Neither tool is used to build a profile of you, and neither is shared with anyone.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes request metadata (IP address, user agent) in order to serve and protect the site, as any host must. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Outbound links

We link to Steam, the developer's own site and forum, and the game's Discord. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site under their policy, not ours.

Children

This site is a game reference and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted rather than quietly substituted.
